The Lafayette Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Ricky Reveles, a 9-year-old child from Lafayette. According to the alert issued by the Indiana State Police Friday afternoon, Reveles is a Black male who is 3 feet and 10 inches tall, weighs 55 pounds, and has black hair with brown eyes. Volunteers for Mental Health opens registration for summer camp

The Volunteers for Mental Health in Montgomery County (VMHMC) have announced the opening of registration for the 2026 Meet Me in the Middle Camp. No dangerous items were located following an alleged bomb threat at Crawfordsville High School Thursday morning. According to a statement released by the City of Crawfordsville, officers from the Crawfordsville Police Department were dispatched to the high school following a report of a student allegedly in possession of an explosive device at around 11:10 a.m. Officers immediately made contact with school administration to coordinate evacuation procedures. The 2026 Strawberry Festival will bring back the popular baby contest. This will be the festival's second contest since its inception in 2025. It will be held on Saturday, June 13 at noon.
